I would love enforcement of parking norms where you get a ticket for parking in the bike lane.
The reason it happens tho is because lots of US bike lanes are just painted afterthoughts.
Move the parked cars outside the bike lane, closest to traffic. Make bike lanes up above curb height, or add cement barriers (even wheel height ones) so it’s not optional for drivers to decide to occupy.
This is an infra design choice and cameras can’t fix it.
