I took this photo while I was in Victoria. my friend and I weren't sure if we should get out, but I found this lavender farm that she knew nothing about and which wasn't super far from where she (and therefore I, for the time being) lived. the farm was beautiful and it had these mossy licheny trees. the photo shows a macro close-up of a branch covered in lichen. the colours are in this mysterious foresty green and the structure of the lichen just gives alien organism to me. but in a good otherworldly way, not in the face hugger way
