Kyoto folks: can anyone explain to me what are two woolly brown mountain goats doing tethered in a yard off Marutamachi-dori (close to Higashioji-dori)? Is it the antifa? The big building next to that yard has many interesting graffiti, including one that says "From Kurama to Fushimi, Kyoto will be fascist-free". (The goats were not there yet when I took this picture last week.)
