A protest song from the 1998 album Politics Can be Fun. I vaguely remember downloading this on Napster in 99(?). It's a fun bit of musical satire, that skewers the Westminster Parliamentary system with great use of samples, like;

"Under current constitutional arrangements, a government that is elected has virtually dictatorial power for the next 3 years."
