@infobeautiful a true fix is seeking the cause and understanding it. Not taking a cold shower or singing. Lmao.
@infobeautiful
This is mostly feel-good nonsense, but fwiw cold showers have indeed been shown to help with depression. So if that one is a reliable fix for "laziness" for you, it might be worth reviewing the diagnostic criteria, to see if you should talk to a professional.
@infobeautiful how is Lazy a problem?
@infobeautiful and sometimes there's no easy quickfix.
It is good to have some tipps for situations like that. But it is not nice to suggest there's always an easy fix
For me the answer is #hyperfixation + #contemplation to all those.
Youre right. It does seem intuitive when you stand back and look at it. But when you're in it... maybe not so much.
Great list though!
@infobeautiful I need one for Tired, Foggy, Unfocused, Lethargic, and/or Sleepy.
@infobeautiful Zero chance with that that I'll ever identify as "lazy." Brrr.
@infobeautiful
For me its "angry? → eat", but otherwise it fits^^
@infobeautiful I'm more of a Lazy -> Nap kind of guy. 😉
