@otfrom That has to be right, but it's also true that we're going to see the whole populations of Pakistan, Bangla Desh, Myanmar, much of central Africa, among other places, forced to evacuate within the lifetimes of people now living.
This is one of the major political challenges of the twenty-first century, and needless to say we're already on course to failing it.
