Just realised there's nothing standing between me and rissoles except for needing to actually do the work and make the rissoles.
So there's probably about a 50/50 chance here.

Rissole prep done! Have decided that mashed potat is also a requirement. Now in progress!
@mike hurrah for mashed potat! I’d do it more often if it wasn’t so boring to peel enough potat for 5 adults
@emmadavidson @mike agreed, instead one can:
- simply not peel potat, potat peel is fine actually
- boil potat then squeeze them out of peel
- mash then push potat through coarse sieve, extra butter for, uh, lubrication
