This aligns with Schumer's 'deal'... He's trying to get people to focus on the two week deadline to fund DHS. We will see where this all ends up and how well they stick to their guns.

Well, as I'm gunned down by ICE for protesting, I will at least die knowing that they were following procedure and weren't wearing masks and that the whole thing will be recorded on their… whoops forgot to turn it on!… body cam.

Yup. He is trying to get people focused on the 'deal' that Schumer has made and to reiterate the there major points required to fund DHS within the 2 weeks deadline. 1) End roving patrols and require judicial warrants 2) Restrict use of force 3) No masks and body cameras.
Let's see where this all lands.
