Uninstalled #NovaLauncher from my phone because they added ads and whatnot. Not opposed to paying for a launcher but that rollout gave me bad vibes.

Would prefer a reliable #FOSS alternative. I mainly liked Nova because of the dock and I found it easy to customize. I'm definitely not a power user.

But looked in the F-Droid store and there are WAY too many launchers, lol.

What FOSS launchers have folks found useful on #Android? (I'm running #GrapheneOS)

@NearerAndFarther I use LawnChair and have helped with their GitHub.
Their new beta version is excellent.
(Also running in GrapheneOS)

@Edent @NearerAndFarther I've also been using #Lawnchair over the years on #Pixel 5a, 7, and 9 Pro.

It is #FOSS and I'm very pleased with the customization it allows, specifically to be as minimalist as possible. It has lots of settings, which I love, because I can turn things off and get it down to exactly the bare bones #Android I want and no more, no less.

(It's Google's fault I use Lawnchair because they don't let you turn off their search widget on Pixel's stock launcher.)
