@wdlindsy ...do they understand that in order for a home-owner to make money selling their home, they have to find a buyer? ...and that this will make it more expensive for that same owner to buy another one, after selling?
Maybe they do, and the whole point is just to minimize the number of people who can afford a home.
...so that most people have to pay rent, making them cash-cows for the ownership class...
