Could you file a bug report on https://vivaldi.com/bugreport/, so the team could look into it.
Edit: Actually, if you have only Feeds enabled in Settings > General > Productivity Tools, try enabling Mail, Calendar and Feeds to see if it solves the issue for now.
@Vivaldi Reported a bug. Enabling all of it does solve the issue, thanks for the suggestion. I do not get a link to my bug report to add that information unfortunately.
