@randahl Idk if this is the best decision. Since Germany strictly follows USA (and has #AFD in its starting positions for next election). But as we say "In der Not frisst der Teufel Fliegen." (Desperate times call for desperate measures.) Atm it is more save in Germany than in the USA.

@randahl The ship is turned away upon reaching a German port. They circle around after being denied entry to Israel and other, only being allowed to dock in Greenland months before the US invasion.

@bufalo1973 Schengen is not the whole EU. Ireland is not in it. Cyprus is not in it. Non EU countries are in it. Anyway, It’s mostly about travel and not residence. But you can live in any EU member country plus a few others if you are an EU citizen. Which is what I think you meant.
@randahl Honestly thinking of getting my German citizenship back I let go after I became a US citizen in 2003. Just a bit pricy, and the German bureaucracy language is very annoying
