And our last question of the week:

Q8. It's photo time. Do you have any photos, cycling related or not, to share from the past week? Tell us about it!

@ascentale @bikenite A8. You know this view from my favourite bench to relax already. Today no ducks around, but kids playing hockey.
#bikenite

View over a frozen lake. On the opposite shore stand tall trees in sun light. The lake is fully frozen and shines dark blue. Some people are playing hockey on the lake.

@ascentale @bikenite ... and the hunting castle built in 1578 behind.

Picture shows a building built in 1578 in sunset light. The view goes over the green alley, infront a red bench with a black bicycle.

@ascentale @bikenite A8. Mostly utility rides this week, so not many photos. Really enjoying this collection of mini gnomes in a park that I often ride through. They had Santa hats in December. Looking forward to seeing what they do next. #BikeNite

@ascentale @bikenite A8: today's ride gave me a chance to see the new harbour bridge ramp. Only 100 years in the making, it replaces five flights of stairs. The new ramp is kind of unremarkable, in a very good way. It's wide, it's a gentle slope... it's not five flights of stairs.

We hike-a-biked up to the viewing platform to get a better look at the Cotter Dam. It's been a bit dry the last couple of weeks, so no water spilling over but at 80m high, it's an impressive feat of engineering.

@bikenite A8. Someone had a sparkly disco valve cap at a BART station.
