But I have to ask, given the context of coming out when ICE is around, what is the expected defense? When is he expecting to utilize this weapon when ICE steps out of line? We aren't seeing reasonable understanding from protestors when it comes to judgement about what is peaceful or what would be acceptable force. This person is bringing a lethal weapon and employing it should come with great restraint because it will be escalation if it is utilized.

Again, nothing wrong with utilizing your #2A rights, but when tensions rise, if you have a lethal weapon you'll be a prime target if someone escalates the situation that you didn't agree to (be it a protester or ICE).
