Rep. LaMonica McIver is still fighting 3 criminal charges and up to 17yrs of prison for "interfering" when ICE goons forcibly kept her, 2 other congresspeople, and Newark mayor Ras Baraka from investigating Delaney Hall racism prison. Of course, the administration's "case" against her uses racial stereotypes to paint her as "aggressive" and "bodyslamming". Meanwhile others seem to assume her case was dropped when it hasn't.
