Hey, no big secret, I just logged in and it worked. Not every feature, because the snac-Server doesn't offer all the features a Mastodon server has. And I raised the upload limit in the nginx Config for the server to client_max_body_size 5m; After that images upload from iPhone with IceCubes worked.

Mona works better (= more supported features) with snac, also worth a try.
@snackr@nano.uninformation.org I'm with it now. 😊 A couple of essential features are locked behind paywall but in general it's pretty cool. IceCubes is still my client of choice in free/opensource category.
Do you mind to share your nginx config for snac? Of course with all sensitive data stripped. Maybe I misconfigured reverse proxy so login from IceCubes just do nothing.
The other option is update to iOS 26, although I can't imagine how it could fix login issue.
