OK #Immich users, how are you handling backing up photos/videos from your desktop?
I'd like to back up my b-roll directories using Immich and without a desktop sync application, that's a bit convoluted.

@neil oh great write-up! I'm also struggling with https over nginx, I have that on my to-do for sometime next week. I'd like to have that sorted well before I make a video about it later this year.
