I previously used love from others as a bandage for the love I was not providing to myself. Their love made me feel good鈥ntil it didn鈥檛.
Then I was scrambling not having any love. Now that I know I can provide myself with my own support, compassion, and love, I鈥檓 no longer desperate to be loved by someone else.
