I finished watching #BreakingBad season 2 and started season 3. Is the show taking a dark turn or what?
What I really like about the show is this subtle mix of humor and dark themes.

But in the past few episodes, the humor seems to have vanished and the dark themes are becoming darker.
Is it something I need to be prepared to for the rest of the show or does it get a lighter tone again later?

@DavidBHimself You mean ass opposed to the sunny optimism of the early seasons?

@dcozy As I said, season 1 and most of season 2 deal with dark topics, but they have a pretty light (dark) humorous tone.
The end of season 2 is pretty dark shit without much humor. (Walt, basically killing Jane, stuff like that)

@DavidBHimself @dcozy, I'd said, in a way it progresses as an addiction itself, i.e. starting lightly and them becoming deeper, darker and out of control
(from general knowledge about the topic)
