You've been laying off people, moving support overseas for years and cramming chatbots and AI bullsh*t into anywhere you can get rid of people.
I don't mind using 'self-serve' solutions when they work but yours never do.
Quit lying. Tell your customers the truth that just like every other corporation you're wanting to get rid of staff and replace them with AI because staff are a pain in the ass to deal with. You want big Executive bonuses and no staff. That's your wet dream. We all know it. Be honest for once.
