Masto / Fedi Advice please!

On Desktop Mastodon's 'home' tab there is an overwhelming amount of general World information-too much somedays.
The 'Live This server' tab has only my local stuff-too little somedays.
The 'Live Other servers' tab is back to too much and seemingly a random selection.
Is there an easy way to have a feed which shows info from selected servers? eg my home one, my parent's local one and beige.party because that's reliably amusing?

@Niall

If your main timeline (the home timeline of accounts you follow) is getting too crowded, you can use Lists to split it up into mini-timelines: https://fedi.tips/how-to-use-the-lists-feature-on-mastodon

If you're wanting to follow the live feeds of other servers, there are apps which let you do this: https://fedi.tips/how-do-i-browse-the-local-timelines-of-other-servers-on-mastodon-can-i-follow-other-servers-local-timelines-from-my-account

How do I browse the Local timelines of other servers on Mastodon? Can I follow other servers’ Local timelines?
