We need to preserve Miller's garbage for his trial. He has no understanding of the American way of life and should just leave voluntarily and return to Belarus where his family comes from. He'd be more at home with Lukashenko.

Reichsfuehrer SS Stephen Miller's screed is a political one. It is not legal advice and could not have been approved by a competent lawyer. His statements are badly wrong.
For starters, ICE goons do not have the equivalent jurisdiction of the FBI. They are limited to immigration issues. They often act outside their jurisdiction and without proper legal authority. They do not have absolute immunity. Neither does Miller.
