LOL. I went through all the hassle of setting up #immich only to find out it can't even rotate uploaded pictures using the web UI, as far as I can see?

I installed immich-go [1] on my NAS box and am now bulk uploading 43K photos from my picture archive directory. That should keep my little server busy overnight with indexing, thumbnail generation, machine-learning etc :)
@jwildeboer I did this over the weekend, with slighter fewer photos. I ended up having to run immich-go a few times before it completed successfully, but it did upload everything eventually.

@lightweight Too early for me to decide. I'll see how it fits into my digital life after the upload is done and it did its machine learning magic :)
