Are people still traveling to conferences in post-covid and while-climate-breakdown times?
They are even flying by airplanes to do the "good open source thing"?
I guess that is an older population of well-funded developers that can not give up their privileges? Yes, of course, you can fly, you are important, so we will make an exception?
How are younger developers handling that ignorance?

@thibaultamartin thank you for the notice! I planned to reach Bruxelles from Luxembourg by train, but now I'm evaluating other plans.
I have no idea how strikes are managed in that part of Europe, and how much to trust in granted departures, actual partecipation, or possibile advanced agreements to resolve the strike...
@thibaultamartin @fosdem do you know if that applies to the express train from the airport to the center too?
