@KathyReid Do you know what the difference between the "evacuate" and "leave now" guides?
"leave now" seem to guide to the places of last resort, but "evacuate" just tells you which roads are closed :S

Leave now: this is your last chance to evacuate before it's too late to leave
Too late to leave: If you leave you will be caught in the fire
