Any idea how the editors are chosen for Open Research Europe ?
I also really wonder how the system of more and less prestigiuous journals, which I had supposed came from more or less stringent selection criteria on "originality", could be transferred into one Europe wide platform ? Not sure this is necessary, but many of my colleagues are still choosing the journal to publish in by its impact factor. In the case of my institution, the IF is not used directly anymore, but there is still a classification of journals by excellency per subject area.

I'm not sure editorial policies are set in stone, yet. Until now, this was in the hands of the service provider. It is bound to change with the switch to an open source back-end.
