Is there a way to turn off OpenAI integration for alt-text generation?

Hash tags are erased after editing a post. See alt text for more info on sequence.
1. Create a post with a hashtag
2. Saved post appears in my timeline with hashtag
3. Edit post adding additional character.
4. Post has been favorited. I open post from notifications and hashtag is gone.

I am both quite skeptical of using AI/LLM models in coding — and carefully read what you wrote about your usage.
If I take the time I think I write useful bug reports for a developer working on the codebase.
Evidently you think it’s clear enough to hand off to codex … am very curious about how that turns out! I expected you would have much greater context and would assume my simple fix might need changes.

I wasn't sure if you were handling the poll rows background different for iOS 26, I'm running on 18.7.3.
Also I haven't tested with different themes.
I'd normally assume you can't ask codex to look at how the poll renders in different conditions and test for sufficient visual contrast.

i found 4 related #IceCubesApp issues that could be fixed together as "Filter-Notifications-Overhaul":
🔴 #2211 - Filtered notifications despite "hide completely"
🔴 #639 - Filter context not respected (since 2023!)
🔴 #2210 - Filtered Notifications persist after disabling
🔴 #2227 - UI/localization improvements
All involve filter behavior in notifications. Maybe AI could help find the root cause? 🤖

@dimillian @IceCubesApp another thing: i love browsing the local timeline or local timelines of other instances. Could you please bring back full loading of that timelines too? It was in the app for a short time, but vanished again in favor of "just loading 40 posts"
Currently only 40 are loaded without the option to load more 😱 (version 2.1.1)

Reply-Posts often seem hard "out of context" when i read them in the timeline.
