Why is there not standardized Media Fragment for plaintext? Imagine opening a plaintext file in a browser, and adding something like #line=333 to link to the line 333. Easy to share with someone and readable enough. Yet the two only types of sub-non-HTML-file linking we have are media fragments for videos ( #t=33) and text fragments (https://codeberg.org/aartaka/aed/raw/branch/main/README.txt#:~:text=WHAT%E2%80%99S%20XED) that I have vented about already. The barren wasteland of non-linkable non-HTML Web.
