Hi #MCAS folks, I got a Q:

I got my 2026 #hobonichi planner with its beautiful Junji Ito cover art set up but it needs a clear cover to hold up from wear and tear.

Most of the traditional covers include pthalates, and I'm wondering what other types of clear material I could use more safely?

JetPens

JetPens.com - Hobonichi Accessory - Clear Cover for Weeks

Use this cover to protect your Hobonichi Techo Weeks from wear and tear. Because it's clear, you can add postcards and photographs between it and the cover to customize your planner's look. The cover includes two pockets, a pen loop, and a bookmark flap. The bookmark flap comes attached to the cover. Simply press your thumb against the flap to pop it out and start using it as a bookmark. Notes: Some Hobonichi Techo Weeks planners are not compatible with this cover. Make sure to check the Recommended Refills/Parts link for a list of planners that will work with this cover. The cover may be tight when used with the Weeks Mega, but will break in over time. The cover is made of PVC vinyl, which can become stiff when left in cold temperatures. The pen holder can fit pens up to 13.5 mm (0.53”) in diameter.
