300g oat flour (to make oat flour, whizz rolled oats in a food processor til it resembles almond meal)
185g caster sugar
220g brown sugar
180g melted Nuttelex
3 eggs
250g natural yoghurt
Pinch of salt
1tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp rosewater
2 tbsp diced cashews
2tbsp diced pistachios (I whizz them in a food processor so they’re more like chunky ground pistachios)
Pinch of saffron threads
Rose petals, 1tbsp pistachios to serve
