@heidilifeldman the Seditious Six have destroyed the court's validity
That was the purpose of the federalist society, right? They exist to scout recruit groom, train, and then promote juris who are willing to rule on an agenda.
Clarence Thomas is very overt corruption demonstrates this point. Each of the conservative judges I would bet all of them have a patron billionaire, and that patron billionaire benefit benefits from providing access to these people, when they aren’t being lobby by lawyers in that historical society behind the court.
..
Jan Crawford is absolutely correct when she says a general lack of trust in the Supreme Court:
> "… is dangerous for the institution and the public’s faith and confidence in the rule of law."
Because, let's face it, the law as an institution only works when people trust it. When they don't things fall apart rather quickly.
The problem? This is happening because *the court itself has undermined it's own role and caused people to lose trust in it*. It didn't come from outside.
@heidilifeldman
We need a congressional mandate to impose a judicial code of ethics on the supremes. Until we achieve a functional government this won't happen. Everyone go vote already!!
@heidilifeldman it will take a lifetime to undo the damage to our democracy this court has inflicted.
Unbelievable…
