It is an interesting question! If the location conversations.im was located in would turn fascist and request such a thing from you, would you boot that user off the server or what would be your reaction to such a request?
@daniel When you're attacking people for being "anti-fascism", you'd expect his supporters would start asking "are we the baddies?". But no.

@kawaiipunk @daniel @Mer__edith push tokens are the link between your signal account on one side and google/apple account on the other. If you know the google/apple account you can ask google/apple for the token and then signal to block all accounts using that token.

„No“ isn‘t one of them.
„We will follow all laws we are subjected to“ is the default answer.
„We believe the government is wrong and we will sue the government“ is the rare answer.
I believe this has only happened a handful of times in tech so far. DJB, (old) Twitter and GitHub have successfully done so.
Would be nice to see Signal join that list.
