Could someone please help me understand how Spotify is not a VLOP as per the EU DSA?
The DSA has a monthly average users threshold of 45M in the EU. Spotify MAU in Q3 2025 were 713M, of which 28–36% estimated in Europe, which means at least 200M in Europe.
Europe != EU, but I refuse to believe that of the at least 200M European users, more than 75% are from non-EU European countries.
So, what the hell? What am I missing?
