Look, I know there's a lot of confusion on the Fediverse about John Mastodon Day being on December 16th or December 17th.
But, the thing is, the Earth is big. And round. And one thing can happen on two days at once.
Also, John Mastodon is too great to be celebrated over only one day. They cannot be contained by time and space like us mortals.
