I took some encouragement from the Waterfox "no AI* here" post that's doing the rounds after Mozilla's latest commitment to bad choices.

Particularly encouraged to see the author talk about Waterfox's governance. IIUC it's still a one person project at this point, but for any of these forks to ever grow past their current stage then they'll need some kind of organisation & governance beyond "PRs welcome".

That said... can anyone point me to Waterfox's governance or organisational structure? All I can find is a few blog posts mentioning that it exists.

PS You're welcome to take this toot as an invitation to point out the governance and organisational structures of competing Firefox forks, if there are any good examples.
