The new and trusted software additions, mean, deleting Firefox and finding something else, which is where I’m headed as soon as I can get my mind set to jumping to another browser

@markwyner lol, this wall of text is filled with delusional ideas about the current status of Firefox, as if it really matters to anyone except a tiny group of aficionados that is getting smaller and smaller. I can't explain to myself why I keep using Firefox other than I hate Google's dystopian machine. But the clock is ticking and soon Mozilla will disappear... maybe Firefox will make a comeback when there is no more CEO

@markwyner Yeah, I’ve been a longtime FF user and advocate, but I’m done with it until/unless they wake up and read the room on AI nonsense.

I’ve already been test driving Vivaldi (Chromium, which isn’t nearly ideal, but purely to be able to sync my iPhone and Windows laptop). But I may just skip trying for that perk and go with different browsers on each device — find separate browsers that each care about privacy and security — and move on. 🤷‍♂️
