Greenpeace activists in Auckland set up a 'nitrate emergency quarantine zone' outside of New Zealand’s largest dairy company, Fonterra, on the day of the company's annual investment meeting. They poured 2 metric tonnes of slime around the building in protest of rising pollution of lakes, rivers, and drinking water from the intensive dairy industry.
