"The #Greenpeace climbers abseiled from beneath the [Forth Road] bridge’s service walkway, unfurling six giant banners stating: "Plastics Treaty Now".

They intend to remain suspended 25 metres above the main shipping lane of the River Forth, preventing the tanker from reaching port.

They are supported by a rescue crew on the bridge and a boat team in the river below."

One thing I liked about #Greenpeace was that they always made an effort to include social factors in their reports or research, and not have it just be about #climate or #environment.

Yet, in this report, no mention of any #humanrights, or #labor issues in #EVs. Purely a climate ranking.

It is because it includes #China?

Here we go again.
Polluting industries cry their crocodile tears about "vandalism" when a statue gets cartoon dead eyes, or a bottom trawler gets a bit of paint in its hull.

But who is the real vandal?

I think it's whoever is making water undrinkable, destroying entire ecosystems and burning our collective futures for their immediate private profit.

Merci pour vos témoignages et le lien de la CNIL.

J'ai eu le même type de message à propos de la newsletter de #greenpeace . Et malgré la tournure très polie du message, je l'ai ressenti comme une agression. Le fait que ça ait tout l'air d'un courriel automatique mais ce soit signé avec un prénom rend la chose encore plus malaisante.
