This report is issued by the Dar El Salam Cancer Hospital "Harmel" (affiliated with the Secretariat of Specialized Medical Centers, Ministry of Health and Population, Egypt). A. Case of Multiple myeloma since 2018 received: Velcade & Dexa. • CNO report's project vs. underwent BMT... and kept Velcade 12 wks. maintenance till 31/2024. She presented to us for new evaluation of BMA free. • 2. BHB Bone penetrating. • 3. Electrophoresis abroad at gamma zone found: IgG, Lambda. • 4. Skeletal survey: lytic lesions in skull, bilateral clavical, collapsed reel vertebra.
