Il 29 gennaio il Parlamento bulgaro ha ratificato l’accordo sottoscritto dal governo di Sofia e da quello italiano per la realizzazione e l’uso congiunto di una grande infrastruttura bellica nei pressi del villaggio di Yambol, Kabile, nel sud-est del paese.
