I am a 44-year-old software developer who is fed up with meaningless, purely profit-focused work, vibe AI slop, and a Big Brother antisocial networks, that snoops on data at every turn.
This is the first time I've addressed the Fediverse in this way. I'm looking for a new challenge, true to the motto: #MeaningfulPurposeFirst. Do you have any ideas? Can you help me #boost the word in this great Fediverse?

I'd probably start at the intersection of your skills and interests. You're sure to find projects that would love your help.
