@parisba This really sucks! Usually, i'd suggest a restore from backup - but you can't access backups.
In the past (15 years ago, so things have probably changed), this is what i did:
- Call Apple
- At the menu, ask for "Reception"
- Explain to the person your issue, and they can usually hook you up with better support.
It's a long shot to try this today, but maybe??
