In a new threat assessment, the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET) for the first time in Danish history lists The United States as a security threat to Denmark.
I suppose we knew this was coming after Trump's threat to attack Greenland, but it still breaks my heart, as this will have huge consequences for Danish-US relations.

Did you forget the friendly engagement with N-Korea? The aggrandisement of Putin? The unwavering support of Israel? The badmouthing of NATO and the EU?
The sabre-rattling in Latin America, the support for Bolsanaro, the extra judicial killing of people in boats?
And prior to that the various coups by fascist in Latin America over decades? The wars in Asia?

I know fear of occupation, of homes threatened. My heart goes out to Denmark, feeling same uncertainty my family faces daily in Gaza.

I think that in Finland it is the people who have to demand strong deterrence for our protection. Like people of Finland had to drag Finland to Nato. And our MPs followed when given no options from voters...
Just think that would be kinda hard to have to fight of both ruzzia and UZA in the same time without nukes.

It’s very sad, but I wish more people would face & state the truth about the reality of what the US has become.
@randahl It looks like US participation in NATO is now a spent concept. They may participate, but they cannot be relied upon.
European countries are ramping up defence expenditure, but the fact the EU and UK cannot agree on a deal for participation in SAFE makes me think that no one is really yet treating this seriously.
Political and economic games are getting in the way of proper cooperation to improve collective security.

In response, the US State Department will issue a Travel Advisory warning Americans of not traveling to Denmark to avoid corruptive influences in such things as kindness and superior healthcare.
The US is a security threat to the US currently.
