The Mayor of Gaza said that the situation in the city remains extremely difficult, with aid falling far short of basic needs, particularly in sanitation and public services.
He explained that a severe shortage of fuel has forced the municipality to reduce operations, and that Israeli occupation restrictions preventing access to waste disposal sites outside urban areas have pushed them toward unhealthy alternative solutions.
