There is nothing law-like or court-like about the latest shadow docket decision from the Roberts Court, which stays a district court decision throwing out Texas’s mid-decade gerrymander due to racial basis.

The majority simply ignored: the lower court, its own precedents re deference to lower court fact-finding, and the clear evidence. Just an edict to protect the Republican Fascists’ power. 1/ #Lawfedi

Sorry for asking a very naive question: How can Roberts and his accomplices be held accountable? It's unfathomable that they can do whatever they want without any consequences.
