Last week I posted on a project in Powys to encourage & support new (young) farmers to develop a small-holding... this week the LibDems are making an interesting call for a framing equivalent of Teach First (called Farm First, of course).
If we need to become more self-sufficient in food for security & environmental reasons, this looks like (potentially) a great idea, provided the food system's domination by supermarkets can also be addressed!
