Seems like #AirPods Pro 3 have the ‘Optimized Charge Limit’ feature on by default. Not sure if that’s specific to #iOS26.

This is one device where I definitely do *not* want that feature, battery longevity be darned (also I have AppleCare lol). When I put them back in the case, I want them back to 100% ASAP for my next use.

@chartier I think iOS 26 decided to switch the setting. I had to change mine to stop them from optimize charging, because I also want mine to be at 100% when I'm ready to use them.

@chartier I have AirPods 4 and it isn’t on. I turned Optimize Battery and sometimes it works. Mostly it ignores it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
