The new version of Mastowatch is officially live in the App Store!
The most visible feature is obviously the reimagined navigation for iOS 26 but the most useful feature is probably the most requested…iCloud syncing for favorites! History is still just stored locally but favorites now sync via iCloud across devices. The community directory has also been reworked to allow searching by version number, so you can find servers running certain versions

Are your friends, family, and co-workers asking you if it's safe to upgrade to iOS 26? My advice is that maybe waiting a smidge wouldn't be the worst idea. I'm running into quite a few bugs, along with Apple changing my notification defaults. No show stoppers, but those with a lower tolerance for this kind of fiddliness should exercise caution. (But I dig Liquid Glass!)

@9to5Mac but #iOS26 is horrible so it doesn’t matter if the hardware is good. And #macOS26 bricked my M1 Max (thankfully the M4 Max is fine) and others are reporting this same issue. Brilliant! I thought last year was bad. This year is far worse. The supposed workaround for Liquid Glass hurting eyes doesn’t work when I enabled it long ago. Changing icons of OTHER apps is so wrong. That is part of their brand. All this rubbish makes me want to defenestrate my devices. A disgrace.
Ever since upgrading to #iOS26, I keep getting this pop-up showing my husband's name at the top of my phone. When tapped, it reveals his contact card, where my ONLY option is to edit the card. I can't swipe left/right/up to get out of it. I can get it to go away by hitting the power button. His phone is in the same house, but probably 25 feet away. Smells like NameDrop but not quite. Ideas? Bug or feature?

Anyone following me need another app to include in their iOS26 apps lists? Gonna be releasing the 2.0 of my link saving app @bridges really soon 🙂 it comes with support for the new OS and shortcuts support.
On iOS 26, more than half the time, when I take a screenshot, it doesn't show up on screen ready to be annotated and shared or saved. Instead, it saves it directly to Photos. **Sometimes** it works correctly.
Anyone else seeing this behavior?
