@debby thanks. I've looked at various image based systems but I need to be able to search for names/emails etc in a large document and then redact in one go. So far I've only found Adobe able to do this, image based sytem require manual placing of blacks. I'd love to hear of any other programmes (not web based) which offer text search and the ability to apply the same search terms to subsequent documents. I won't be taking out an Adobe subscription however!
