Just saved myself about $30 by making my own vegan cooked breakfast. Plate contains beans on toast with hummus and avocado, hash browns, fried mushrooms, silverbeet and slices of nut meat with garlic, drizzled in olive oil, and slices of fresh tomato and cucumber. All made from scratch, except for the nut meat (and I used canned 3 bean mix and toms for the baked beans).
